Completing payment

Select a payment option genuinely available on the checkout page. We handle orders after successful payment authorization, rather than after an unsuccessful or pending attempt. Checkout provides the details that apply to an individual purchase.

Billing checks

Accurate billing details are necessary. A provider may approve a transaction, review or decline it, or seek verification. High-risk activity, incomplete payment, or details that cannot be verified may cause delay or cancellation. Contact support for clarification about a specific order.

Account assistance

This page retains no complete card number. Contact the issuer or payment service for failed or declined payments, chargebacks, disputes, authorization holds, and currency questions. Approved refunds are normally routed back to the original payment method; provider posting times can differ. An order confirmation helps us respond to a follow-up request.
